I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with the bus stop right outside the front door, making it very convenient to travel into the city centre of Hildesheim. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided had a wide choice of options, and I especially enjoyed starting my day with a delicious meal. this hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from convenient transportation to a tasty breakfast.

The restaurant in the hotel was particularly good (and popular with locals). Since the hotel's location is somewhat remote, having a restaurant in the hotel was useful. The quality of both the food and service was excellent. I want to compliment management on the quality of the food in the restaurant - it was unusually good. There was a great atmosphere in the bar - I think the word is "gemutlichkeit". Friendly bar patrons making strangers feel welcome. I'd go there again just because of the restaurant.

Wireless internet service was usable only in the restaurant. Not a significant problem when the restaurant was not crowded, but if the restaurant was crowded it would have been more of an issue.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the great value for money and the variety of options at breakfast. the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to travel to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, I was disappointed to find out that the bar/restaurant was closed on Sundays. As a motorbike rider looking to relax after a long day of sightseeing, this was a big inconvenience.

Very nice staff. The rooms are new, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is cozy and good. The parking is free and has lots of places.

It is far from the city center and from the old town, so if you are not traveling by car, the hotel may not be the best option.

Loved the comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated for the festive season. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a lot of variety including hot items like bacon and eggs. the hotel was conveniently located close to the Christmas market and the bus stop was just a few steps away, making it easy to visit other attractions.

The noise from the street outside made it difficult to sleep at night, even with the windows closed. some of the staff spoke very little English, making it difficult to ask questions or get help.

I quite like Osterberg service team. Very friendly, fast and willing to help. Despite of the fact some of them were not speaking English we understood each quite well. I arrived late (~10pm) but managed to get my dinner in 10 min. My room was ascetic but I had everything to recover after long trip. Believe 44 eur was a very good deal for it.
